I am very excited to announce that I will be part of a Windows Server ‘Ask Microsoft Anything’ (AMA) event to discuss tips for diving into cloud learning for Windows Server professionals. We’ll discuss certifications, answer your questions about training available through Microsoft, and share tips on managing skill transitions for yourself and your team.
The Windows Server AMA will take place on Tuesday, January 31 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. PT right on Microsoft Tech Community.
“Q&A will be available with Microsoft Azure Technical Trainers, the MS Learn team, and your favorite Windows Server and Azure experts.”
Speakers:
- Vinicius Apolinario – Sr. Cloud Advocate, Azure
- Rob Barefoot – Sr. Content Developer
- Julio Cruz – Azure Technical Trainer
- Thomas Maurer Chief Evangelist, Azure Hybrid
- Orin Thomas – Principal Cloud Advocate, Azure
An AMA is a live online event similar to an “Ask Me Anything” on Reddit. This AMA gives you the opportunity to connect with members of Microsoft trainers and the product engineering team who will be on hand to answer your questions and listen to feedback.
Feel free to post your questions about training and certification topics anytime in the comments beforehand, if it fits your schedule or time zone better, though questions will not be answered until the live hour.

Thanks for the offer (and your many resources). Can you please have the panel consider a question I’d asked in a comment on your post in mid-December:

It was asking about other options for k8s on Windows Server than the one you mentioned. Even better would be a reply there, for others who may find that post. Thx.
Ah, just realized you were pointing us to that other site. I’ll ask there, but again if you may want to offer any thought on reply to that December comment, I’m sure many would appreciate hearing your thoughts.
