Q: Why do the terms and conditions of this offer state residents of Hong Kong, Russia, Switzerland, Israel, Germany, or Sweden are ineligible?
A: Residents of these territories are ineligible for this offer due to Microsoft’s gifting policy and local laws. Each of these countries have specific laws that limit what any company can gift its residents, and the value of our certification exams exceed limits and therefore, Microsoft is unable to offer residents of these countries a free exam.

Hope you are doing well. Remember we met at the Milan Ignite event in the Azure Arc booth. I had a question regarding this post for free certification vouchers. i had enrolled with a different outlook account for ignite registration, but my MCP ID email account is different. Can i merge both the accounts to show the exam that i would be taking as per Microsoft free certification voucher gets updated in my MCP ID. Kindly let me know if there is a way to do so.

Ignite Amsterdam 2020 is cancelled because of the Corona thread, I had a ticket for this event and was hoping to get a free voucher for Azure Fundamentals & Administration. Is it possible to get these vouchers for registered visitors even the event is cancelled?
Tomorrow Microsoft Ignite starts until the 24th. Is there also the possibility of a free certification?
