Joining Azure CPE in Edge + Platform (Hybrid)

Today, I am excited to announce that I am joining the Microsoft Azure Customer + Partner Engineering (CPE) team in Cloud + AI as a Senior Program Manager and Chief Evangelist Azure Hybrid working on Azure Hybrid (Azure.com/Hybrid).

Azure CPE in Edge + Platform (Hybrid)

The Azure CPE team drives adoption of the Azure edge + platform (hybrid) and provides an engineering-focused effort designed to improving the customer experience while improving service quality and credibility through customer success engagements, a rich partner engineering ecosystem, and enabling the technical field. I will be engaging with the community and customers around the world to share my knowledge and collect feedback to improve the Azure hybrid cloud and edge platform.

This means I will continue my work in helping customers with their hybrid and multi-cloud environments using Azure Arc, the Azure Stack portfolio, and many of our other hybrid cloud solutions.

With that I want to give a big thank you to the Cloud Advocacy team, especially Rick Claus and the Modern Hybrid Infra team. In the past three years I had the chance to work with great minds, work on challenging projects, learn a lot, and have a lot of fun! I will definitely miss the team, but since I am not going far away, I am sure we will be collaborating a lot in the future.

I also want to thank the Azure CPE team and especially Duane Bourgeois for giving me the opportunity to join Azure Edge + Platform.

What’s next?

Azure CPE is a global team, with team members located in Redmond (USA), and many of us working remotely worldwide. I am looking forward to connecting with my team and plan the next steps.

I am excited to start on April 1st, 2022, and I am sure I will have a lot more to share and write in the future. Stay tuned and Azure on.
