I’m excited to be speaking at NVIDIA GTC in Berlin, where I’ll be part of two sessions focused on Microsoft Sovereign Cloud and Sovereign AI.
As organizations accelerate their adoption of AI, sovereignty is becoming increasingly important. Customers want to take advantage of cloud and AI innovation while maintaining the control, security, compliance, and resilience their environments require.
At GTC, I’ll be joining two sessions:
What’s New in Microsoft Sovereign Cloud
Together with Taryn Anderson, I’ll explore what’s new in Microsoft Sovereign Cloud, the latest announcements, and what they mean for customers and partners.
We’ll look at how Microsoft’s approach to sovereignty continues to evolve across AI, security, compliance, and control, from the public cloud to sovereign private cloud environments powered by Azure Local.

Sovereign AI, From Azure to the Edge
In my second session, Sovereign AI, From Azure to the Edge, we’ll explore how organizations can build and run AI on their own terms using Microsoft technologies together with NVIDIA accelerated computing.
A key part of that story is bringing cloud and AI capabilities closer to where organizations need them. Azure Local extends Azure infrastructure to customer-controlled environments, while Foundry Local brings AI models and workloads closer to the device and edge.
We’ll look at the broader spectrum of Sovereign AI across cloud, edge, and disconnected environments, including frontier models, agents, and data workloads.

I’m really looking forward to being in Berlin, connecting with customers, partners, and the community, and discussing how Microsoft Sovereign Cloud, Azure Local, and Foundry Local can help organizations embrace AI innovation while maintaining the control they need.
Hope to see you at NVIDIA GTC Berlin!
