Some weeks ago my HP Elitebook 8460w arrived. Now I had the chance to see the 8460w next to a 8560w. First things I noticed:
- The screen of the 8560w is much better
- The 8560w is also much heavier
- and the 8460w battery life is much better

Hello Thomas. Im thinking about buying computer for CAD applications (architecture) like archicad. Im thinking about buying some computer, but also i want a good build quality, so more of the laptops in the market are kicked out.
Of course i have some money limits my top choice Lenovo W520 with a Q1000 and i7 Quad is too much expensive for me. So i’m looking for something cheaper like dell m4600 from outlet or… HP EB from latest series. Im not sure how work on the 14 inch notebook with 1600×900 resolution looks like (im thinking about buying docking station and use computer with external monitor). 8560w have pathetic battery life (no optimus is a big mistake for HP i still dont get it…). Is FirePro m3900 is better than 6470m for CAD applications?
